Educational Programs
AAMRO offers a range of Educational Programs from ongoing MRO training to certification and recertification.

Certification
AAMRO has certified more than 8000 Medical Review Officers. The certification involves education and a proctored written test. Effective October 01, 2010, AAMRO Certification is valid for five years, at which time recertification is required to remain in the directory of certified MROs.

Recertification
Recertifcation may be taken onsite or online using AAMRO's learning management and document verification system from Noverant, Inc.

Resources & Publication
The eMROALERT is a monthly email sent to all AAMRO MRO Center members. The email includes capsule summaries of news, events and information and links back to the MRO Center for full-text searchable articles. Additional resources are available through the MRO Center.

MRO Center
The MRO Center is AAMRO's industry-leading information portal and resource center for Medical Review Officers. Containing rules and regulations, educational materials, news, guides and manuals for sale and online education modules. The MRO Center is the epicenter of information for MROs.
